Industries
Sector context changes the work more than the technology does.
We work with organisations across a range of sectors. The descriptions below are deliberately general — industry-specific experience can be discussed directly with our team.
Capability first. Sector claims only where they are true.
Technology work is shaped less by the industry label than by the processes, systems and constraints underneath it. A regulated operation, a seasonal retail business and a plant environment need different sequencing even when the end goal looks similar.
We describe the sectors below in general terms. If you want to know whether we have worked on something similar, ask us directly — we would rather have that conversation than publish a claim we cannot stand behind.
Sectors
Where we can help.
Each sector below lists the general areas of work we support. Engagements are scoped to your specific situation.

Financial Services
Financial services organisations operate under constraints that general transformation playbooks ignore: audit expectations, change control, and processes where an exception is the exception that matters. We work within those constraints, documenting decisions and evidence as we go, and scoping work so it can be reviewed rather than merely accepted.
Typical areas of work
- Process review and controls-aware modernisation
- Enterprise system assessment and integration planning
- Independent technical assessment for leadership
- Capability building for internal delivery teams

E-Governance
Public-sector and governance programmes carry scrutiny, accessibility obligations and long-lived systems that must keep serving people while they change. We work on the process and integration layer first — understanding the current workflows, then planning digitisation in increments that can be reviewed before anything wider is committed.
Typical areas of work
- Citizen-facing service and workflow digitisation
- Assessment of legacy systems and integration points
- Process mapping for internal government operations
- Enablement for internal delivery and operations teams

MSMEs
Micro, small and medium enterprises usually need technology change that fits a real budget and a small team, not a multi-year programme. We scope work to what can be absorbed, prioritise the changes that remove the most friction first, and build the handover so the business can keep running the result without us.
Typical areas of work
- Process review and digitisation of day-to-day workflows
- Selection and implementation support for core systems
- Integration between existing tools the business already runs
- Flexible delivery capacity without permanent overhead

Shipping & Logistics
Supply chain operations depend on information moving correctly between systems that were rarely designed together. We map the order-to-delivery flow, identify where information is lost or duplicated, and plan integration work that improves visibility without disrupting live operations.
Typical areas of work
- Order-to-delivery process mapping
- Integration between warehouse, transport and enterprise systems
- Operational visibility and reporting workflows
- Delivery capacity through staffing or dedicated teams

Healthcare
Healthcare systems carry operational and privacy obligations at the same time, and the processes around a platform often matter more than the platform itself. We work on assessment, workflow and integration planning, and we scope change in increments that can be reviewed before anything wider is committed.
Typical areas of work
- Workflow review for clinical and administrative processes
- System integration and data flow planning
- Technology assessment for health technology teams
- Training and enablement for internal teams

NGOs
Non-governmental organisations typically run on lean teams, mixed funding and systems that have grown piece by piece. We work on the administrative and reporting workflows that consume the most time, plan change in affordable increments, and leave documentation and training behind so internal teams can continue the work.
Typical areas of work
- Programme and administrative workflow digitisation
- Reporting and data flows for funders and governance
- Assessment of existing systems and integration options
- Training and enablement for lean internal teams

E-Learning
Institutions and edtech teams are often supporting several systems at once with limited change capacity. We focus on the administrative and platform work that reduces ongoing effort, and on capability building so internal teams can continue the change after the engagement ends.
Typical areas of work
- Administrative workflow modernisation
- Platform and integration assessment
- Digital strategy for institutional teams
- Training programs for staff and technical teams

Manufacturing
Manufacturing operations usually depend on a small number of systems that everything else has grown around. Change has to respect production schedules, existing plant systems and the people who keep both running. We work on the planning and integration side: understanding the processes first, then agreeing which changes are worth making and in what order.
Typical areas of work
- Production and planning workflow modernisation
- ERP assessment and implementation oversight
- Integration between plant systems and enterprise platforms
- Data visibility across order, warehouse and delivery

Retail & Consumers
Retail and consumer operations break visibly when integration is wrong: stock that does not match, orders that stall between systems, and reporting that disagrees with itself. We work on the process and integration layer first, so platform decisions are made against how the business actually runs.
Typical areas of work
- Order, inventory and fulfilment process review
- Platform assessment and integration architecture
- Digital maturity assessment across channels
- Delivery capacity and staffing support during peaks

Hospitality & Travel
Hospitality and travel operations depend on information moving between booking, operations and guest-facing systems that were rarely designed together. We map the flows that matter, identify where bookings or guest data are lost or duplicated, and plan integration work that improves visibility without disrupting live operations.
Typical areas of work
- Booking and reservations workflow review
- Integration between guest-facing and back-office systems
- Operational visibility across properties or routes
- Delivery capacity and staffing support during peaks
Do not see your sector listed?
The list above is not a boundary. Much of the work we do — process assessment, enterprise systems, delivery capacity, interviews and training — transfers directly between sectors. Tell us the situation and we will say honestly whether we are the right fit.
